FREE use of permanent hanging Backdrop Papers (3 colors).
Props, ie. Antique ladders, old crates, white boxes, assorted fake + real plants
Security Camera installed. Security, maintenance men inside of main building.
Set-Up & Tear-Down for your shoot is your responsibility during your time booked. Please arrive & pack up on-time.
Absolutely no filming, shooting outside of suite/studio space.
$50 Clean up fee if left uncleaned.
No Smoking, $100 fee.
